For each of you, you will have discussed a proposed rater per hour at which to value your services; if you don't recall what that rate is, and are not satisfied with the default rate of $20/hr, then please contact Francesca and/or Tahil to discuss.  As a general rule of thumb, the "up to ___ number of hours" will be no more than half of the services that you receive.  Again, if this is unclear or unsuitable, please contact Francesca and/or Tahil to discuss.  This contract is a proposal only and will not be binding until all parties have signed an actual paper document.
